We target value-add hospitality assets within a 3-hour drive of the San Francisco Bay Area — with a focus on Carmel, Monterey, Wine Country, and other coastal destination towns.
Residential Redevelopment:
We continue to help homeowners sell quickly and easily, offering fair solutions with integrity and speed.
Collaborative Partnerships:
We work with brokers, operators, and fellow investors to bring deals to life through aligned goals and clear execution.

Our Network & Mentorship

Lorenzo is an active member of a hospitality investing community that collectively owns over 40 hotels nationwide. He is also personally coached by Rich Somers, founder of Somers Capital, who currently owns multiple hotels in California and manages a growing hospitality investment fund.
